• PathIQ™ powered educational experiences
• Implementation and support services

3. Intellectual Property Rights

PathIQ™ Intelligence System: The PathIQ™ Intelligence System, including all algorithms, methodologies, and extracted intelligence from our 5 years of DEEP™ research, is proprietary technology owned exclusively by Esposure, Inc. Patents are pending, and all rights are reserved.

DEEP™ Platform: The DEEP™ (Distributed Education and Entertainment Platform) and all associated technology, data models, and research findings are the exclusive property of Esposure, Inc.

Trademarks: Esposure™, PathIQ™, DEEP™, Pathfinity™, Career-First Method™, and Private School-as-a-Service (P-SaaS)™ are trademarks of Esposure, Inc. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

4. User Obligations

Users of our services agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials
• Use services only for lawful educational purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our proprietary technology
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Esposure and third parties
